Chat safely on Nekuvo

Nekuvo is designed for conversations with people you choose. Keep these habits in mind, especially if you are under 18.

Protect your access

If a conversation feels uncomfortable

You do not have to reply. Step away, speak with someone you trust and use blocking. Blocking prevents new exchanges through server controls; you can unblock the person in settings.

You can report a message that remains available in your history. Review the evidence being submitted and limit it to what is needed to understand the issue. Do not download or redistribute illegal material to create evidence.

Prohibited behaviour

Harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, hate, fraud, spam, impersonation and illegal content are prohibited. Do not bypass someone’s block or pressure anyone to share intimate images, money, passwords or personal information.

For 13–17 year olds

Read receipts are off by default for minors. Notifications remain generic and do not show the beginning of a message. No setting requires you to stay connected or answer immediately.

If someone asks you to keep a relationship secret, tries to isolate you, blackmails you, persistently sexualizes the conversation or wants to meet you alone, stop the exchange and tell a trusted adult.

Emergencies and moderation

The beta does not promise continuous human monitoring or a specific response time. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust. Nekuvo support is not an emergency service.

For a safety concern or report: support@nekuvo.com. For a question about a minor’s data: privacy@nekuvo.com.

Parents and guardians

Nekuvo is intended for people aged 13 and over, but public access and country-specific parental authorization mechanisms are not active yet. A parent or guardian may contact Hangeul Studio with questions or to exercise applicable rights, without sending sensitive documents until precise instructions are provided.
