Private beta terms
These terms govern invitation-only access to the Nekuvo private beta on iPhone.

Nekuvo is published by Jonathan Benay, a French sole trader operating as Hangeul Studio, SIREN 993 713 460, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: support@nekuvo.com.
Beta access
The beta is limited to invited participants. The product is intended for people aged 13 and over, subject to applicable age, capacity and parental authorization rules. No territory is open for public launch yet. You must provide accurate information, avoid bypassing access restrictions and protect your device and Apple account.
How it works
Nekuvo turns human 1:1 conversations into mini-comics with prepared kittens, expressions and scenes. The demo available from your profile is separate: Mikan replies with prepared phrases locally, without sending your text to the messaging service. The beta exchanges text and lets you deliberately export PNG pages, a PDF album or a vertical MP4 of your weekly comic. That video is composed locally using your selected moments, installed animations and their voices. Original music is bundled with the app; no conversation content is sent to an AI service to create the film or PDF. Music and voices can be switched off separately. Only the final opaque film is shared: no source clip, transparent layer or separate audio file. This export does not upload anything to Nekuvo. Instant delivery, notifications and their timing are not guaranteed.
Private photos in a conversation require an age of at least 18 to be confirmed for both accounts. Otherwise, Nekuvo blocks sending and new downloads, and hides older photos in the app. Copies already received on a device cannot be recalled. Text and scenes remain available under the other access rules. Exporting a comic to another app remains a voluntary share outside Nekuvo messaging.
Messaging requires you to activate protection and confirm your recovery code. New exchanges are then end-to-end encrypted. Keep your code and update your backup in settings: only the information covered by the latest backup can be recovered. Read the privacy page to understand metadata, exports and reports.
Rules of use
Do not use Nekuvo to harass, threaten, sexually exploit, spread hate, defraud, spam, impersonate others or share illegal content. Do not bypass a block, suspension, age limit or security control. Respect other people’s consent, privacy and intellectual property.
You can block someone and report a message. A report should include only information useful for its review. Nekuvo is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous human monitoring.
Your content and Nekuvo assets
You keep the rights you hold in your messages. You authorize the technical operations needed to store, transmit and display them to your correspondent and create the requested scene. This authorization does not permit AI training on your conversations.
The Nekuvo identity, kittens, animations, scenes and other studio assets remain protected. A personal comic export does not transfer rights in those assets or permit their resale, extraction or separate distribution.
Blocking, reporting and restrictions
Hangeul Studio may restrict access when service security, abuse or a legal duty requires it. Operational procedures and appeals are still being approved for public launch. During the beta, contact support if you contest an action.
Account and deletion
You can request deletion in the app. Your profile and messages are erased under the policy; the other participant’s messages remain with your identity removed from retained scenes. Existing exports cannot be recalled. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
Price, availability and changes
Nekuvo may offer non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock premium kittens separately or as a clearly identified bundle. The Original Six bundle covers the six kittens shown at purchase and does not include future kittens. The App Store displays the price and currency before confirmation. A visible catalogue is not proof of entitlement: Nekuvo unlocks content only after verifying the transaction. You can restore purchases in the app with the same Nekuvo account and the Apple account used for the purchase. The bundle price is not reduced when you already own individual kittens. Apple handles billing and refunds under its rules.
A beta may contain errors, change or be interrupted. Hangeul Studio will make reasonable efforts to preserve the service and data, without promising uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that protect you.
Ending access and questions
You may stop using the beta and delete your account. Hangeul Studio may close beta access or restrict it under the rules above. For account questions, appeals or support, email support@nekuvo.com.
