Private beta terms
These terms govern invitation-only access to the Nekuvo private beta on iPhone.

Nekuvo is published by Jonathan Benay, a French sole trader operating as Hangeul Studio, SIREN 993 713 460, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: support@nekuvo.com.
Beta access
The beta is limited to invited participants. The product is intended for people aged 13 and over, subject to applicable age, capacity and parental authorization rules. No territory is open for public launch yet. You must provide accurate information, avoid bypassing access restrictions and protect your device and Apple account.
How it works
Nekuvo turns human 1:1 conversations into mini-comics with prepared kittens, expressions and scenes. Your correspondent remains a person. The beta exchanges text and lets you deliberately export a comic image. Instant delivery, notifications and their timing are not guaranteed.
The current beta is not end-to-end encrypted. Read the privacy page before sending sensitive information.
Rules of use
Do not use Nekuvo to harass, threaten, sexually exploit, spread hate, defraud, spam, impersonate others or share illegal content. Do not bypass a block, suspension, age limit or security control. Respect other people’s consent, privacy and intellectual property.
You can block someone and report a message. A report should include only information useful for its review. Nekuvo is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous human monitoring.
Your content and Nekuvo assets
You keep the rights you hold in your messages. You authorize the technical operations needed to store, transmit and display them to your correspondent and create the requested scene. This authorization does not permit AI training on your conversations.
The Nekuvo identity, kittens, animations, scenes and other studio assets remain protected. A personal comic export does not transfer rights in those assets or permit their resale, extraction or separate distribution.
Blocking, reporting and restrictions
Hangeul Studio may restrict access when service security, abuse or a legal duty requires it. Operational procedures and appeals are still being approved for public launch. During the beta, contact support if you contest an action.
Account and deletion
You can request deletion in the app. Your profile and messages are erased under the policy; the other participant’s messages remain with your identity removed from retained scenes. Existing exports cannot be recalled. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
Price, availability and changes
No price or subscription is established by these beta terms. A visible catalogue is not proof of purchase. Any future paid offer will explain its price, rights, restoration and applicable refund rules before purchase.
A beta may contain errors, change or be interrupted. Hangeul Studio will make reasonable efforts to preserve the service and data, without promising uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that protect you.
Ending access and questions
You may stop using the beta and delete your account. Hangeul Studio may close beta access or restrict it under the rules above. For account questions, appeals or support, email support@nekuvo.com.
