During the private beta
Contact the person who invited you to test Nekuvo. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Hide private messages in any screenshots.
Never share your password, a sign-in code or a recovery key.
Hear the kittens on the website
Open a kitten card on the homepage to watch and hear them. You can mute, pause or replay the scene. If your browser blocks playback, press “Play the scene”. With reduced motion enabled, playback only starts with this button.
Set up message protection
In the app, keep the provided code somewhere safe, then enter it in full to confirm. If a step fails, retry from the same screen. Support never needs to see your code.
Change iPhones or sign in again
Sign in with the same Apple account, then use your recovery code in the app. You can recover the information covered by your latest encrypted backup. Update it in protection settings before signing out or changing devices.
Without your code or access to your signed-in device, Hangeul Studio cannot decrypt your backup for you. More about message protection.
Why are private photos unavailable?
Both accounts in a conversation need a confirmed age of at least 18 to send or open private photos in Nekuvo. If an age is missing or either account belongs to a minor, the app also hides older photos and blocks new downloads. Copies already received on a device cannot be recalled. You can continue using text and scenes under the other access rules. This restriction does not depend on your App Store account.
Account and privacy
You can request account deletion in the app’s settings. Removing the app from your iPhone does not delete your account.
